iRest Body Scan Meditation Sessions | Front Line & First Responders

iRest is a simple form of meditation designed for modern day living. It helps you tap into a place of calm – even when life is not. Participants will be guided through a 20-minute body scan meditation to down-regulate emotional response to stress, recharge, and build nervous system resilience. Join us for the perfect mid-day re-charge led by Warrior Spirit Project. You will be confirmed for all three dates once you register. You will receive the link to join in your confirmation as well as recieve a reminder email with the link 24 hours in advance.

Charla is Founder and President of Warrior Spirit Project, an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that serves Veterans and First Responders in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. She is a Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher (TIYT) and Certified Warriors at Ease teacher, with extensive training in therapeutic and trauma-sensitive methods, including Integrative Restoration (iRest) meditation.
