Stress & Resilience Town Halls | Front Line & First Responders
In this unprecedented time full of concern and unknowns, stress can be overwhelming. Wellbeing and cognitive function have a synergistic relationship. How one is functioning has a direct impact on the functioning of the other, negatively or positively. We can use our brains to strategically take in and disseminate information- building resilience instead of anxiety. Your one-time registration confirms you for all three dates. You are not obligated to attend all three Stress and Resilience Town Halls. You will receive reminder emails with the Zoom link 24 hours in advance. You will also receive the link to join the Stress & Resilience Town Hall in your confirmation.
The 45-minute Stress & Resilience Town Halls will provide tips and tools, followed by an interactive conversation.
